• Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT & Network Services like Hosted Application, Mail Messaging, Managed IT and network services Contact centre / IT Infrastructure management tools / Telecom data services
• Should have managed complex order implementation in coordination with projects team
• Good communication, Presentation & Client handling skills, Technical bent of mind
• Should have managed a team of Sr. Account Managers / Pre sales

Job Description

• Business strategy & Execution of the strategies
• Building a high profile account management team training / mentoring & motivating team to achieve business results
• Guiding team to open new accounts & generating healthy funnel in line with the targets for “IT Outsourcing & Managed Services “
• Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets for the region by motivating and guiding Account Managers
• Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping CXO presentations / Demand Generation
• Participate in regional Industry seminars and create brand recall
• Flexibility to take up similar assignment’s based on changing BU needs.
