Accel Limited is the original promoter of Accel Frontline Limited. Accel Limited holds 70.44% share in Accel Frontline Limited.
Accel Frontline Limited received first round of venture capital from ICICI Ventures in 1999 and Intel Asia Pacific (the investment arm of Intel) financed the second round of private equity investment in 2000. Both these investors saw successful exits.
