Maqbool Hassan is the Head of Infrastructure Services division at Accel Frontline Limited. He is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Accel Frontline’s sales, marketing, and services organization in India and the Middle East.

Maqbool has been with Accel since its inception and has played a pivotal role in the organization’s evolution into an end-to-end IT Solutions Provider. His ability to drive growth and his proven track record to nurture and acquire new businesses makes Maqbool the backbone of the infrastructure business of the company.

Maqbools’ leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Accel Frontline’s culture of customer focused value-creation, expanded Accel Frontline into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. His thorough knowledge of market trends and technology developments enables a highly competent market engagement framework for Accel Frontline Limited.

Maqbool graduated in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut in 1986 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Prior to Accel Maqbool worked with HCL Ltd.

Philip John
President
Software Services

Mr. Philip John is currently the President of the Software Division of Accel Frontline Ltd offering Business Software and Technology Software solutions. Prior to this assignment, he successfully guided the Technologies Division of Accel Transmatic Ltd. (another group company in Accel group) on a growth path and did business with Fortune 500 companies in USA, Europe, Israel and Japan. He is also in the director board of Accel Transmatic Ltd. Technologies division focused on development of Embedded Systems and software for Technology verticals like Consumer Electronics, Automotive and Telecom.

He embarked on entrepreneurship in 2000 and was Managing Director and co-founder of Ushus Technologies (p) Ltd., which merged into Accel Transmatic Ltd in 2005. Before 2000, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer of NeST, a CMM Level 5 company in Technopark, Trivandrum. He has around 34 years of wide ranging experience in technology development and management.

He did his graduation in Electronics & Communication from College of Engg., Trivandrum in 1976 and later did his M.Tech from IIT, Madras. He started his career with Keltron and then moved over to ER &DC, Trivandrum. He was with ER&DC (Currently CDAC) till 1995, before switching over to Private Sector. He has presented papers in different technical forums in the country. He is also involved in activities of professional bodies and was vice-chairman of the IEEE Kerala section in 2004.

R.Ganesh

Warranty Management Services

R.Ganesh is co-founder of Accel Group and currently the Head of Warranty Management Services Division. Since inception of Accel, Ganesh played an important role in the organization’s growth in the areas of warranty management and reverse logistics services. His foresight and initiatives made Accel become a leader in Warranty Management Business. His customer-oriented approach has helped him win several MNC’s as his customers. The in-house developed online CRM and Inventory management software is capable of performing multiple business processes that meets the stringent service delivery requirements of any Principal. Accel today has got a network of 400 authorized service providers to offer warranty services for leading brands with a national presence. The division is ISO 9000 Certified.

Ganesh is a diploma holder in Electrical Engineering with 30 years of experience. He worked for MRF and HCL Limited for 10 years before co-founding Accel along with N.R.Panicker in 1991.

Jayesh Ahluwalia
Senior Vice President

He has over 24 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service in the IT industry. Working with Accel for over 12 years at various positions. Currently heading the Sales and Operations of North, West and Bangalore regions. He has extensive knowledge of the telecom domain and was the country manager for telecom business in Accel before taking up regional responsibilities. Before joining Accel, he has worked with PCL and Fujitsu ICIM at various profiles.

T.V Surendran
Vice President

An MBA in Marketing Management with over 26 years of experience in Customer Services. Before joining Accel in November 1995, worked with HCL Infosys taking care of Customer Services-Technical Support. He joined Accel in November 1995 and held various positions in Customer Support Division including regional management, technical operations and revenue management.

K.R.Gopinath
Vice President and Head
Technology Services Group (TSG)

Gopinath has close to 30 years of experience in the Industry and has worked for organizations like IBM (2008-2011), HCL (1986-2008) in the areas of Hardware design, Device Driver development, Project Management, Product Engineering, Software Quality Management and Software Quality Assurance. His experience domains include Auto, Aero, Medical and Networking.

He has working experience in CMMI (Level 5), ISO 9001:2008, AS9100, DO178B, DO254, ISO 13485, TL9000 and TS16949.Gopinath holds Post-Graduate degree in M. Sc. (Physics) from Sri Venkateswara University (1980), and has a Diploma in Product Engineering from Center for Electronics Design Technology, I.I.Sc., Bangalore (1984). Gopinath is a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) from QAI, USA, a qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA). He is also a Senior Member of American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a Trained Trainer in Phil Crosby’s QIPM Methodology and on Project Management from PMBoK.KRG is a visiting member of Department of Electronics Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh and a visiting faculty at Department of SASE, SSN College Chennai and IIITDM, Kanchivaram and handles Software Quality Management and PLM programs for Post-Graduate programs. As a visiting faculty in Anna University, Gopinath designed and delivered the Software Quality Management program during the period 2001 – 03. He has published papers and conducted workshops in the SEPG Conference-2001, Singapore and Bangkok. He is member of PDMA India (Product Development and Management Association).

R.Lakshmipathi

Lakshmipathi is a veteran in the IT Industry with over 30 years of experience and is now heading the operations and quality in the software division of Accel.

He is a B.SC; B.Tech graduate from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai. Besides, Mr. Lakshmipathi is also a Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008), Certified PMP®, CSQA ®, ITIL ® & Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional.Mr. Lakshmipathi started his career in HCL where he worked for 7 years and then moved to ETNT as a Regional Manager, South. He headed the support services for the company’s South West Region. He subsequently joined the Accel Group in 1992 as Regional Manager.An expert in creating processes and procedure for the operations and cultivating a culture of quality in IT education and development among youngsters, Lakshmipathi is passionate about developing them in taking up challenging tasks in Software Engineering, Project Management, and Total Quality Management.

S.K.Padmakumar
Vice President

S.K.Padmakumar is a Senior IT Services Professional, heading the Managed Services, including hosting services, data center services, helpdesk services, facility management services and Remote Infrastructure Management Services

He has held several senior positions within Accel in the last 15 years where he handled several aspects of service support and delivery functions covering solution design, service level management, change management, finance management and capacity management.Previous to joining Accel, he has worked with HCL Infosystems as Customer Support Manager

He is experienced in handling handling multiple customer segments across different geographies.

M.Ramesan

M.Ramesan heads the Training Division of Accel Frontline as the Business Head of Accel IT Academy. In his long career with Accel spanning 15 years, he held several key positions including Service Management, Human Resources Management, Logistics and Order Fulfillment . He joined Accel in 1995. Previous to joining Accel he was working with HCL Info Systems as a Regional Customer Support Manager from since 1982. He is a B.Tech - Electronics & Communication from College of Engineering , Trivandrum where he was campus selected to HCL

Mr. Ramanujam

Corporate Affairs

Mr. Ramanujam is the head of “ Corporate Affairs “ at Accel Frontline Limited, with particular focus on HR.

He is a Post Graduate in Statistics from Madras Christian College and a Post Graduate in Business Administration. Mr. Ramanujam also holds CAIIB, an examination on banking .

Mr. Ramanujam started his career with Canara Bank in the year 1975 where he worked for more than three decades specialising in Corporate Planning, Goal Setting, Competitor Analysis, Performance Budgeting and Strategic Planning. Mr. Ramanujam was the Managing Director of Canbank Investment Management Services Limited, the AMC of Canbank Mutual Fund between 2002 and 2006. During the period , the Fund witnessed significant growth in Assets Under Management and strengthened the core areas like Fund Management, Compliance, Risk Management and Investor Services.

Prior to joining Accel , Mr. Ramanujam was Vice President with TAIB BANK, an Investment Bank in Bahrain, heading the FII operations and investments in India.

S.Mourougadosse
General Manager

Murugadosse is a Accel Veteran of 16 years having been in Customer Support Function in several roles.

He is currently General Manager heading the National service delivery in the IT Infrastructure Management Division. His primary responsibilities include service delivery assurance, project management, revenue retention and motivating a service delivery team of over 1800 service engineers based at over 100+ locations in India. He is adept in bringing continual improvement plans by devising process changes and strategic initiatives to attain desired level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and productivity and fulfilling customers stringent Service Level Agreement (SLA).

He has done his Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Regional Engineering College (NIT), Durgapur in 1991 and started his career in India Telecom Limited as a customer support engineer.

A. Ramalingam
General Manager

He is an Electronics Engineer with 30 years of experience in IT/ Office / Banking Automation, security / Industrial Products, Telecom & Consumer Electronics field who is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Warranty Management Services Division. He began his career with Modi Xerox, followed by 7 year stint with Logic Systems Ltd as Regional Manager – Customer Support with their Office Automation division, and a 17 years stint with Kores (India) Ltd in Operation and Customer Support with main focus in Banking / Office Automation area and Security solution. Joined Accel in 2006 as General Manager-Operation. A. Ramalingam is a hands-on IT Hardware services professional with experience in multiple corporate functions.

Anantha Subramaniam
General Manager – Finance

Anantha Subramanian is commerce graduate from Madras University and has professional accreditation from ICAI and ICWAI. Ananth has 14 years of experience in the area of finance and accounting and has over 8 years of experience in Accel. Ananth has rich exposure in financial control, planning & analysis, supporting business performances, Working capital management, Fund raising, ERP implementation, corporate governance, Merger and Acquisitions in addition to other finance related responsibilities.

Currently responsible for the entire finance and accounting function of the company which inter alia includes the day to day operations, budget management, fund management, Audit compliances and reporting.

Prior to joining Accel, had worked with Maersk Line heading the finance and accounting function of the agency operations of Europe & Middle East regions.

A.V.Sreekanth
General Manager – HR

Sreek as he is called has a proven track record of over 18 years in the field of HR & Training. Prior to joining Accel, he worked with TNQ Books & Journals Pvt. Ltd. and with Lason India Ltd. (Currently known as HOV Services), where he was taking care of end-to-end HR activities of these organizations. Being a six-sigma green belt certified, he also drove & implemented strategic HR process initiatives in these companies, which has become the bedrock of these organizations. He joined Accel in 2010 as General Manager-Human Resources and is taking care of end-to-end HR activities in the corporate office. Sreek graduated in Commerce and also done his Postgraduate Honours Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work. He is also a certified internal auditor under 9001:2008 ISO Standards.

Haresh Ahuja

Haresh Ahuja is General Manager of Accel Frontline and an Electronic Engineer with over 35 years of experience in multi-time zone IT support, Software, Manufacturing and Sales. Well experienced in building relationship with principal vendors and ability to negotiate and transact business with multi-cultural and diversified customers with his main forte being providing total solution stack. Some of his initiatives include providing “Business-in-a-Box” solutions approach – the complete solution stack for enterprise, that cuts down implementation time drastically.

Tammie Tham
CEO,
Accel Systems & Technologies Pte Ltd

Tammie Tham is the CEO and founder of Accel Systems & Technologies Pte Ltd (AST).

She has more than 13 years of experience in the IT Security Industry and has held management positions at large global and regional IT Services companies. She has extensive industry experience in the ASEAN region across various sectors – government, health care, financial services, telecommunications, transport and utilities.

Before founding AST, Tammie was leading the APAC Security Business Unit at BT Frontline. She was responsible for expanding the security business in Singapore and building a footprint in the region. Prior to this, she was leading the ASEAN ITS Security Practice at IBM. She has also held Sales Director role at Frontline Solutions and Netrust.

Outside of AST, Tammie is an Exco member of the Security & Governance Chapter at the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF), a leading association of Singapore Infocomm industry. Tammie is also a member of the Cyber Security Awareness Alliance, which was formed to build a positive culture of cyber security in Singapore, and promote and enhance awareness and adoption of essential cyber security practices.

Tammie graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Arts from the Staffordshire University in England. She is happily married with a 2 ½ year-old son.

Aju Kuriakose – COO
Accel North America

Aju Kuriakose looks after the Accel North America Operations as its Chief Operating Office, based in San Jose, California . He has been with Accel since 2004 and has been holding the business development portfolio in product engineering and technical services. Kuriakose relocated to USA in 2008 to setup Accel North America, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Accel Frontline. He has being responsible for growing the Americas business rapidly by focusing on warranty services and embedded software. Before joining Accel, he held key positions at Trinity Group and Hofincons. He was responsible for setting up the mobile product development business at Trinity and establishes key strategic OEM relationships with Telcos and Cell phone manufacturers.

Aju Kuriakose holds a B. Tech in Mechanical engineering from MG University and MBA from Pune University.

Ram Kumar – COO

Ram Kumar is a management graduate with over 12 years of experience in Global Business development. He worked with Major Indian Companies for promoting Outsourced Product Development and Embedded Product Engineering Services in the International market especially USA, Japan and Europe. In his current role Ram Kumar is responsible for overall sales and business administration functions for Accel Japan KK, based in Tokyo.
