TS 704: A versatile Payment Collection Terminal suitable for any Utility Company for use in Collection Counters for payment collection or Banks that collect utility payment. It is of a highly modular architecture and can be configured for any specific requirements. It has provision to interface state-of-the-art peripherals such as Barcode Scanner, MICR Reader, Swipe Card Reader, Slip Printer and Audit Roll Printer with motorized take-up

spool and Customer Display. TS 704 can be configured for Off-line payment collection or can be interfaced to the Utility’s Central/Local Server through PSTN/ISDN/LAN/WAN for working On-line. The Application Software can be tuned to generate a variety of MIS Reports, to meet the specific requirements of the Utility Company.

Touch Screen Information Kiosk - INFOK 4000

INFOK 4000 is a Touch Screen based Information Kiosk that can be used by any Organization, for dissemination of general information to its Customers. As it is an Interactive Touch Screen based system, the Customers can use it themselves. It can be configured for off-line operation as well as on-line operation.

In the off-line mode, information can be periodically transferred to theKiosk either through a CD or over the network, if it is connected to the LAN of the organization. In the on-line mode the Customers can access the information from the Central / Local Server of the Organization where the information is resident.

Duplicate Bill Printing Kiosk-DBM 4000

DBM 4000 is a Touch Screen based Kiosk with a Laser Printer and standard version of "Ditto-Bills" software incorporated.

• As it is an Interactive Touch Screen based system, the Customers can use it themselves, for accessing the billing database and get a duplicate copy of their bill.
• BM can also be configured for off-line operation as well as on-line operation.
• Bills are printed using Laser printer in A4 size cut sheets and delivered to the Customer.

Multi Function Kiosk - MFK 4000

• MFK 4000 is a Touch Screen based Kiosk with multiple functions.
• MFK can be used directly by the Customers for accessing General Information as well as getting Duplicate Copy of the Bills with or without a coin acceptor.
• MFK can be configured for off-line operation as well as on-line operation.

Multi Function Kiosk - MFK 4000

• Trans Q is a Queue Management System that efficiently helps to manage queues in front of service counters. It can manage Single as well as Multiple Window Queues with Single or Multiple Services.
• Automated Token Dispensing Unit issues tokens to the customer so that they can wait at the lounge for their turn without standing in Queues. Token Management is on First-In-First-Out basis.
